1. Abisolagre – FPA 2 Poultry Site The FPA 2 poultry intervention site at Abisolagre was visited. Although the Work Order (WO) was issued in June, the procurement process has not yet been completed by the VPIC. The VPIC was advised to expedite the procure
On 3rd September 2026, the team, along with the FE Team, conducted a field visit to six villages under the Ganol Catchment to inspect ongoing and completed infrastructure works. The following activities were covered:
- Angalgre, Rerapara – Inspection of the ongoing Retaining Wall work.
- Asinagre – Inspection of the ongoing Irrigation Canal work.
- New Harigaon – Inspection of the ongoing Gabion Wall work.
- New Dengasi – Inspection of the completed Retaining Wall.
- Dopatchigre – Inspection of the completed Spring Chamber work.
- Wadagre – Inspection of the Dugout Pond with Gabion Wall work.
The CPM also joined the field visit at Wadagre, where a meeting was held with the Chairman, VCF, and VPIC members to discuss the ongoing work, implementation progress, and other related matters.
