The Ganol CMU is conducting Local Purchase Committee (LPC) Training.

The Ganol CMU is conducting Local Purchase Committee (LPC) Training from 25 May to 16 June 2026. Out of the seven planned batches, four batches have been successfully completed, while the remaining three batches are currently underway. Each batch comprises five VPIC members, and participant attendance and engagement have been encouraging throughout the training sessions.

The training is aimed at enhancing participants’ understanding of procurement processes, including vendor selection, Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedures, comparative statement preparation, and the steps involved in purchasing materials. The programme seeks to strengthen the capacity of VPIC members to manage procurement activities in an efficient, transparent, and accountable manner, thereby supporting the smooth implementation of project works and activities at the VPIC level.
