On 06/05/2026, the Ganol-CMU team conducted a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) exercise at Rongkongre Village under Rongram Block. Various PRA tools were utilized during the exercise, including Social Mapping, Resource Mapping, Seasonal Calendar, Historical Timeline, Problem Ranking, SWOT Analysis, and Transect Walk, to better understand the village situation and community needs.
The village consists of a total of 385 households spread across 5 hamlets. The programme witnessed active participation from the Village Nokma, who is also serving as the VPIC Vice-Chairman, along with the VPIC Chairman, VCF, VEC Secretary, and other community members. The exercise encouraged community interaction and collective discussion on local issues, resources, and development priorities.
