On 14th November 2025, the Ganol team conducted a meeting with the Balnangre community under Rerapara Block, South West Garo Hills District, to discuss the formation of the Village Project Implementation Committee (VPIC) under the project. Balnangre village is inhabited by the Garo community and comprises 104 households. During the meeting, the team explained and discussed in detail the Project Objectives and Funding, Roles and Responsibilities, VPIC structure, post-formation processes, submission of required documents, and matters related to Unskilled Wage and Work Execution, among other key points.
