A VCF Refresher Training was conducted in two batches on 25th and 26th June 2026 at Umlympung and Sadew, with a total of 68 participants. The training strengthened participants' understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Village Community Facilitators (VCFs) while providing updates on key project activities. Sessions covered the Household Survey, the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), VCF roles and responsibilities, VCF honorarium, the importance of the MoA/NOC, and other project-related matters. The training was highly interactive, allowing participants to raise questions and clarify doubts through detailed discussions.
