The CMU Team successfully conducted FPA 1 at Baniun village under Mylliem Block

On 2nd May 2026, the CMU Team successfully conducted FPA 1 at Baniun village under Mylliem Block, with active and enthusiastic participation from children and community members. A total of 30 children participated in the drawing competition, creatively illustrating themes related to environmental protection, including the causes of environmental degradation and their vision for a sustainable future.

In addition, 5 contestants took part in the storytelling competition, presenting insightful narratives on the history and formation of the village while incorporating messages on environmental awareness. The event served as a valuable platform for encouraging creativity, cultural understanding, and environmental consciousness among the participants.

Overall, the strong enthusiasm and active involvement of both the contestants and the audience contributed greatly to the success of the programme, making it both impactful and memorable.
