The Ganol-CMU team conducted a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) exercise at Daldagre Village under Rongram Block.
On 7th May 2026, the Ganol-CMU team conducted a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) exercise at Daldagre Village under Rongram Block. Various PRA tools were used during the exercise, including Social Map, Resource Map, Seasonal Calendar, Historical Timeline, Problem Ranking, SWOT Analysis, and Transect Walk.
The village consists of 222 households and 2 hamlets. The programme witnessed active participation from the Village Nokma, who is also the VPIC Chairman, the VPIC Vice-Chairman, the VCF, and other community members.
During the exercise, community members actively prepared different maps with guidance and facilitation from the CMU team and later presented their findings and observations. The programme concluded with a briefing by the team on the upcoming activities and programmes.
